學校簡介 About Us

倫敦帝國理工學院Imperial College London簡稱帝國理工，成立於1907年，曾是聯邦大學倫敦大學University of London的一個加盟學院，於2007年7月8日一百週年校慶時，正式脫離倫敦大學聯盟成為一所獨立的大學。帝國理工Imperial College London是羅素大學集團(Russell Group)成員之一，與牛津大學University of Oxford、劍橋大學 University of Cambridge、倫敦政治經濟學院 LSE與倫敦大學學院UCL五所英國最頂尖高等學府合稱為“G5”精英大學集團，代表著英國大學的最高學術水準。作為一個專精於科學技術和醫學的大學，英國倫敦帝國理工Imperial College London和美國麻省理工MIT在全世界享有同等的聲譽，研究水準被公認為是英國大學的三甲之列。

帝國理工Imperial College London過去的成員中，有14個諾貝爾獎和2個費爾茲獎得主。最近一項調查表明，帝國理工Imperial College London畢業生的起薪為英國之最，在英國大學排名中，帝國理工Imperial College London通常佔據第三，除了理工與醫學科系外，雖然商學院開設不久，但其商學院在英國金融時報評出的世界商學院百強中處在上游位置。
